Growing up I hated running. Inspired to take runing up for fitness by the GNR and London Marathon, I completed both events in 2006 and 2007 respectively. And haven't stopped since. Driven by raising money to improving the lives of others to date I have completed 53 half marathons, 42 full marathons and 5 official ultra-marathons as well as many shorter distances.
As an ambassador for #runsome I'll be dropping my car for journeys less than 2 miles. The main one being that I will walk to the Sikh Gurdwara instead of jumping in the car ( 5 min drive) and encouraging friends and family to do the same that live in a short distance of the Gurdwara. Additionally, most evenings I'm supporting my wife to go out for an evening walk for 1.5 to 2 miles with a view that she may take up running short distances and join me at Parkrun!
